Gwynfryn is a 3-storey cottage full of character set within the walls of the medieval town of Conwy, sleeps 4 - 6 and has fantastic views across the town of Conwy to the castle and also to the Snowdonia mountain range.
The cottage is set in a great location, within minutes walk of the town, set back from the main roads and is accessed through a private court yard. The cottage has a private garden laid to patio which catches the sun most of the day.

The accommodation comprises a large open plan kitchen, dining area and sitting room with log burning stove, TV/DVD, radio & CD. There is a downstairs toilet and utility area, where the heating boiler is situated. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom. Leading from this hallway is a staircase up to the top room which has fantastic views across Conwy. This room has a double futon so the room can be used as a sitting room or bedroom.

This is a non-smoking property.
Towels and bed linen provided (not swimming towels).
Gas & electricity included.

Letting hours are from 3pm on day of arrival until 11am on day of departure.

Reservations should be made by telephone to ensure availability and confirmed in writing with a deposit of 100 per week. Full payment is required 4 weeks prior to arrival upon receipt of which directions and information will be sent.
