Gwalia Stores is a ground floor apartment in a prime location, a couple of hundred yards from both Blue Flag sandy beaches in the heart of Aberporth on Cardigan Bay. Aberporth has stunning coastal scenery and easy access to the coastal path, a truly wonderful base for any holiday.

The village has a local store, two pubs, Indian and Chinese takeaways, a fish and chip shop and a beach side cafe. There are more seaside villages with sandy beaches within a few minutes’ drive and the market town of Cardigan with more eating places, supermarkets, shops and theatre complex is 7 miles away.

For more energetic activities nearby there is golf, horse riding, quad biking, paintball games, fishing and canoeing. Further afield, Tenby and the south Pembrokeshire coast are within a comfortable drive through the beautiful Preseli hills.

Accommodation
Gwalia Stores sleeps up to 5 in 2 bedrooms with 1 king size, 1 double and 1 single bed. The accommodation is all on the ground floor with only one or two steps inside. There is easy access to the property from the main road with a double glazed door and just one step into the main living area.

Bedroom 1: king size bed and ample storage with built in wardrobes, a dressing table with storage and bedside cabinets. Reading lamps and TV also provided

Bedroom 2: double bed with bedside tables and lamps, single bed, substantial built in wardrobes, chest of drawers, TV, large selection of books and some games

Bathroom: wet room style shower, bath with shower over, toilet, wash basin, heated towel rail. Plentiful hot water supplied by oil fired combi boiler

Lounge: 2 leather sofas and leather reclining chair, large screen TV with Blu-ray player, surround sound amplifier and speaker system

Kitchen diner: round table and 6 chairs, fitted oven and Neff halogen hob, microwave, Miele dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer, Senseo coffee machine, iPod dock, ironing board, iron and clothes horse

Outside
A gated front entrance leads to a seating area with a table and 4 chairs, cushions provided. With views across the bay, this enjoys the morning sun and is perfect for that morning coffee while you unwind. There is off road parking for one car around the side of the property, making loading and unloading very easy.
